Faes & Co. to establish London presence with first UK hire

US investment firm establishes London presence to serve UK, European and offshore investors

SANTA MONICA, CA, UNITED STATES, September 2, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Faes & Co., an investment firm led by former LendInvest plc founder Christian Faes, has made its first hire in London as the firm moves to establish a permanent presence in the region.

Michael Tschirley has joined Faes & Co. from LendInvest, where he worked in investor relations and the distribution of the LendInvest funds products. Before LendInvest, Michael was with Fiduciam.

Christian Faes moved to the United States to set up Faes & Co. in 2022. Since then, the firm has launched its flagship Faes & Co. Income Fund and F2 Finance, a real estate bridging finance platform that originates loans specifically for the Fund. The group has also been involved in launching Petra Loan Servicing, a specialist loan servicing platform. Together, these businesses give the group a vertically integrated platform in the US real estate bridging finance market, estimated at over $40 billion in annual originations.

Faes previously founded LendInvest and built it into one of the leading fintech companies in the UK, taking the business through to its IPO on the London Stock Exchange in 2021. LendInvest is now one of the largest non-bank lenders in the UK market, originating over £1.4 billion a year and with more than £5 billion in funds under management.

The London hire follows sustained interest in the Faes & Co. Income Fund from investors in the UK and Europe. The firm plans to establish a permanent office in London to support these investors.
